General Questions

What is free-size?
"Free-size" refers to clothing or accessories designed to fit a wide range of body types, typically using stretchy or adjustable materials. The term implies that the item is one-size-fits-most, without specific sizing like small, medium, or large. However, the fit may vary depending on the wearer's body shape and the garment's design.

Why do we carry free-size?
Korea is typically known to carry mainly free-size clothes but we have tried to curate our clothing pieces to be as inclusive as possible despite the limitations of "free-sizing."

Will you ever carry S, M, L, XL, ETC.?
Yes, we will be carrying sizes along with free-size in the near future.

Why do some of our clothes say "made in" another country?
All of our garments are sourced and designed in Korea. However, based on the designer and company, some of the garments may be manufactured in other countries. This sometimes results in a tag stating "made in" another country.

We curate and quality check each and every one of our garments after they arrive in our warehouse in Michigan to make sure they pass standards. We stand behind the quality and build of all our products.

Ordering & Shipping

Where are you located?
We are based out of Michigan where we handle, package and ship out your orders. However, all of our products are designed and imported from Korea.

What is Preorder and how long does it take?
A preorder lets customers buy an item before it’s available. Shipping takes longer because the product isn’t in stock yet and depends on supplier delivery. Generally when preordering, the product(s) are already in production and in the process of shipping to the warehouse,  so expect a 2-4 week delay.

Do you offer international shipping?
Yes, we ship to most countries worldwide. Shipping fees and times may vary depending on the destination.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Delivery times depend on your location and shipping method. Typically, orders within the US arrive within 2-8 days, while international orders take between 7-14 days. Shipping delays may also occur depending on weather conditions and holidays.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, Apple Pay, Meta Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay at the moment.

Is my payment information secure?
Yes, we use secure encryption technology to protect your payment information and ensure it is processed safely.

Returns & Refunds

What is your return policy?

We offer a 14 day return policy for store credit only unless product is received damaged or defective. Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging. Please review our full return policy https://jexab.com/policies/refund-policy for details.

How do I initiate a return?
To start a return, please contact our support team at jexab.cs@gmail.com. Provide your order number, and we will guide you through the return process.

How long does it take to process a refund?
Refunds typically initiate as soon as the product is received and inspected. Once the refund is submitted an email containing the results of your return along with store credit information will be sent.
